To Book an Event in the Town Centre
If you want to hold a promotional event in the Town Centre, please complete the online booking form or contact inSwindon on 01793 464924.
Any promotional activity that involves any kind of infrastructure, including tables and chairs will require a health and safety risk assessment. Please click here to download a blank risk assessment.
Once the date of your booking has been confirmed you will be required to complete this health and safety risk assessment and send us a copy of your company’s public liability insurance (which must be for a minimum of £5 million). A template risk assessment is available, this is to be used as a guidance only.

Please note that no booking is confirmed until all paperwork has been authorised and payment received. A consent form will be issued when this has been completed.
For large-scale events inSwindon have equipment available for hire. Please see charges below and state your requirement in your booking request.
