Victorian Market went off with a roaring success.
With roasted chestnuts and liquorice making, Swindon Town Centre was taken back to the Victorian times.
On the last weekend before Christmas, Swindon Town Centre went back in time with some Victorian activities at Wharf Green, and with the icy weather it really did feel like Victorian times. Members of the public could enjoy some roasted chestnuts whilst experiencing some liquorice and candle making as well as Mrs Possers’ Kitchen and learning how the Victorians spun their yarn and dyed their clothing. Children and adults were invited to take part to experience the activities over the weekend.
