Below some of our customers have written testimonials about inSwindon and the work we have done for the Town Centre.
 
The Body Shop – 30th January 2008
We are a relatively small store in comparison to many other retail outlets in town. Unfortunately my staffing budget only enables me to have around 2, or if we’re lucky 3 members of staff a day. I wouldn’t like to suggest that having an all female team makes us more vulnerable but I’m sure it does. We are victim to shoplifters on at least a weekly basis that I’m aware of, probably more often.

It was through inSwindon’s suggestion that we have become more involved with the intelligence meetings that take place in town and actively use our security radio to communicate with the Street Team and other retailers. I know that security is not the only role of the Street Team but without them who else would I and other retailers turn to?

They have certainly contributed to making it safer for my team and I; and although we thank verbally each time they have offered assistance, I know from experience how motivational it is to be recognised officially.

So again, from myself and the whole of the team at Body Shop Swindon, thank you and keep up the good work.

I just thought I would drop a line to extend my thanks to yourself and your team. Your guys appeared in the morning and were very friendly and helpful. Please convey my thanks to the two Street Team guys.

Wharf Green makes a great area for such an event with plenty of space whilst not impending on the general public. We had a successful time and look forward to using the space again in the future.
